格隆汇5月30日丨科威尔(688551.SH)公布，公司拟与合肥艾凯瑞斯智能装备有限公司（简称“艾凯瑞斯”）签订《房屋租赁合同》，向其出租位于合肥市高新区燕子河路与天堂寨路交口西北角科威尔园区6号楼1-5层，租赁期自2025年6月17日起至2028年1月16日止，其中自2025年6月17日至2026年1月16日为甲方给予乙方的免租期（免租期内，乙方仍需缴纳水电、物业服务费及其他费用），交易金额为人民币4,265,400.00元（含房屋租金、物业服务费等）。
