5月29日，世界市长对话·上海暨2025年上海国际友好城市合作论坛，格鲁吉亚第比利斯副市长安德里亚·巴西拉伊亚表示，这是他第一次来上海，也是第一次来中国。虽然此前已有预期，上海还是超出了他的预期，他惊讶于这里的干净、安全、绿色，表示非常喜爱这座城市，还会在私人时间再带家人来这里。
