5月29日，海南高速（000886）发布公告，控股股东海南省交通投资控股有限公司于2025年5月28日通过集中竞价方式增持公司股份98万股，占总股本的0.099%，增持金额573万元。
增持后海南交投及其一致行动人海南交控股权投资基金管理有限公司持股比例由25.96%增至26.06%。
2025年一季度，海南高速实现收入5730万元，归母净利润-1357万元。
