5月28日，“世界市长对话·上海暨2025年上海国际友好城市合作论坛”活动中，纳米比亚温得和克市市长恩德希哈费拉·拉兰贾在接受采访时表示，上海像一座花园中的城市，到处都能感受到大自然的气息，希望能从上海学习如何发展成更绿色的城市。 温得和克市为纳米比亚首都，于1995年与上海市结为友好城市，今年为两市结好 30 周年。
