金融界5月28日消息，美晨科技公告称，近日收到公司持股 5%以上股东诸城市经开投资发展有限公司的通知，获悉诸城经开投将其持有的本公司 7843.14万 股股份办理了质押业务，质押起始日为 2025/5/27，质权人为山东省新动能投资管理有限公司，质押用途为自身生产经营 。
