格隆汇5月26日丨航天动力(600343.SH)公布，为加快公司变矩器及高端装备制造产业化建设，公司全资子公司航天元新拟在产权交易机构公开挂牌征集投资方。增资扩股完成后，航天元新注册资本相应提升。公司持股比例由 100%相应下降，但增资后保持公司对航天元新的控股权。
