据央视新闻消息，今天7时6分，北京市119指挥中心接到通州区永顺镇永顺南街万福家园在施工地发生火灾的报警，立即调派就近消防救援力量到场处置。7时25分，明火被扑灭。经初步核查，现场为万福家园施工项目6号楼楼顶可燃材料起火，无人员被困伤亡。
火灾原因正在调查中。
