格隆汇5月23日丨高鑫零售(06808.HK)公告，基于公司业务需要及遵循良好企业管治原则（即在适当任期后更换核数师），董事会已于2025年5月23日决议：(1)不续聘公司现任核数师罗兵咸永道会计师事务所，因此罗兵咸永道将自公司即将于2025年8月14日举行的股东周年大会结束后退任；及(2)经公司审核委员会推荐，建议委任毕马威会计师事务所为公司新任核数师。
