5月23日，汤姆猫（300459）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人朱志刚办理了400万股质押，占其所持股份的1.30%及公司总股本的0.11%；截至公告披露日，朱志刚累计质押股份为3.06亿股，占其所持股份的99.86%及公司总股本的8.71%。
2025年一季度，汤姆猫实现收入2.47亿元，归母净利润295万元。
