5月23日，真兰仪表（301303）发布公告，黄君巍因个人原因申请辞去公司财务负责人的职务，也不再继续担任公司其他任何职务或履行相关工作职责。截至公告披露日，黄君巍未持有公司股份。
同时，公司董事长兼总裁李诗华代行财务负责人的相关职责。
2025年一季度，真兰仪表实现收入3.29亿元，归母净利润7074万元。
