5月19日，拓尔思（300229）发布公告，控股股东信科互动科技发展有限公司因资金需求，计划在未来90天内通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式，合计减持不超过1747万股，占公司总股本的2%。
2025年一季度，拓尔思实现收入1.25亿元，归母净利润-2293万元。
