【财华社讯】香港交易所(00388.HK)公布，委任许亮华于2025年6月9日起接替刘碧茵出任集团财务总监，而刘碧茵将继续担任香港交易所首席营运总监职务。许亮华将直接向香港交易所集团行政总裁汇报，并将会是香港交易所管理委员会成员。作为集团财务总监，许亮华全权负责香港交易所集团的财务、库务及投资者关系职能。
