财联社5月16日电，记者从5月16日上午举行的2025年临港科创大会上获悉，新片区管委会将出资新设5亿元的临港启航基金，作为天使基金，专门投向在临港发展的种子期、初创型企业。同时，每年投入2亿元左右资金用于“拨改投”创新试点项目和研发专项。 (澎湃新闻)
