人民财讯5月15日电，哈药股份(600664)5月15日晚间公告，公司全资子公司哈药集团三精制药有限公司（简称“三精制药”）拟收购三名自然人所持有的哈药集团三精千鹤制药有限公司42.82%的股权，收购金额为2344.6万元。收购完成后，三精千鹤将成为三精制药的全资子公司。三精千鹤2024年营业收入5502.89万元，净利润39.07万元。
