近日，深圳市民黄女士(化名)在某口腔门诊部拔除智齿后，因持续剧烈头痛复诊，竟发现口腔内残留手术车针，不得不接受全麻二次手术取出。5月12日，黄女士(化名)因事件严重影响工作生活，已向深圳市福田区卫健局投诉。目前，涉事门诊回应称，正与患者协商解决。
