5月13日，*ST天山（300313）发布公告，2025年4月销售活畜4头，销售收入为7.05万元，环比变动分别为-33.33%、-20.89%；同比变动分别为-98.23%、-95.68%。
公告指出，公司目前面临较大的资金压力，因此决定对上游养殖业务实施战略性收缩调整，以确保整体运营稳定。
2025年一季度，*ST天山实现收入2465万元，归母净利润-496万元。
