财联社5月12日电，恒光股份(301118.SZ)公告称，公司已与铜仁市万山区人民政府共同签署了《项目合同书终止协议》，终止投资建设年产27万吨绿电化学材料项目。此次终止是双方协商一致的结果，不会对公司正常生产经营造成影响，也不会损害公司及股东利益。
