格隆汇5月12日丨宁德时代(03750.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售约1.18亿股H股(视乎发售量调整权及超额配股权行使与否而定)，中国香港发售股份884.21万股，国际发售股份约1.09亿股；2025年5月12日至5月15日招股，预期定价期间为5月13日至5月16日；发售价将不高于263.00港元，每手买卖单位为100股，BofA Securities、CICC、 China Securities International、及J.P. Morgan为联席保荐人；预期股份将于2025年5月20日开始在联交所买卖。
