智通财经APP讯，万科企业(02202)发布公告，万科企业股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)于2020年6月19日完成“20 万科 06”发行，2025年6月19日为“20 万科 06”第5个计息年度付息日。根据《募集说明书》有关条款约定，公司可于第5个计息年度付息日前的第30个交易日，决定是否行使发行人赎回选择权。根据公司实际情况及当前的市场环境，公司决定行使“20 万科 06”发行人赎回选择权，对赎回登记日登记在册的“20 万科 06”全部赎回。
