5月7日，康宁公司官微宣布，公司总裁兼首席运营官孟安睿 (Eric S. Musser) 将在今年晚些时候荣休，结束其在公司长达39年的杰出职业生涯。正式退休前，孟安睿将继续履行现任职务。董事会宣布任命孙浩楠（Hal Nelson）为首席运营官，Lewis Steverson为董事会副主席，张铮（John Zhang）为首席企业发展官。
