财联社5月6日电，从上海市房管局获悉，今年五一假期，上海房地产市场延续回稳向好态势，一、二手住房成交量同比增加36%。一手住房市场方面，来自上海市房管局的统计数据显示，五一假期，上海市一手房成交同比增加，假期5天成交量同比增加12%。
