4月28日，河南省人民政府办公厅发布《奋战二季度确保“双过半”若干政策措施》的通知。其中提到，出台全省新能源汽车产业集聚区发展规划，举办2025全省人工智能大会，布局建设一批省人工智能行业赋能中心，发布一批人工智能典型应用场景。建立开发区数字化转型实施标准规范，遴选一批开发区数字化转型促进中心，建立省数据企业培育机制，2025年第二季度认定100家以上省级数据企业。
