财联社4月28日电，国泰君安资管4月26日宣布，任命陶耿为公司董事长。海通资管4月24日也官宣，陶耿出任公司董事长。目前，陶耿身兼数职，现任国泰君安资管党委书记、董事长、总裁兼财务负责人，海通资管董事长。据业内人士透露，随着国泰海通证券合并顺利完成，旗下资管子公司合并事宜也提上日程，目前处于初期推进过程中。 (中国基金报)
