黑芝麻核桃红枣糕｜麦芽糖快手家庭版的做法

1. 250克大红枣洗净剪开去核，再剪碎备用。
   250克核桃仁洗净沥干，烤箱或微波炉烤熟再掰碎备用。
   100克黑芝麻洗净沥干，平底锅或烤箱炒熟备用。

1. 230克麦芽糖倒入不粘锅中

1. 加50克清水混合均匀。

1. 开中小火，不停搅拌

1. 直至整个锅冒大泡泡

1. 倒入红枣翻炒

1. 不停翻炒～翻炒～翻炒

1. 直至铲子随意拨动锅中任何区域的红枣，肉眼可见满满的拉丝，因为拉出来的丝不是一直挂在那，而是会消失的（也就是翻炒一下就可以看见锅铲和大枣都是拉丝那样），所以我一手翻炒一手抓拍，没有拍到满满拉丝，一定要翻炒至满锅到处都可以拉丝的样子哟。
