4月21日，恒安国际（01044）发布公告，董事会沉痛宣告，公司副主席兼执行董事许连捷于2025年4月17日辞世。
许连捷是公司创办人之一，自1985年公司成立以来，他全身心投入，致力于将公司打造成中国最大的个人及家居卫生用品制造商和分销商之一。董事会认为，许连捷的辞世不会对公司的运营造成影响，并将继续努力加强和发展公司。
