人民财讯4月21日电，江阴银行发布相关公告显示，该行董事、董事会秘书卞丹娟因年龄原因，申请辞去董事会秘书职务，该行董事会会议同意聘任周晓堂为该行董事会秘书，并在报当地监管部门核准任职资格后履职。公开资料显示，周晓堂此前曾担任该行证券事务代表。
