北京商报讯（记者 马换换）4月18日晚间，美尔雅（600107）披露公告称，因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，公司及公司实控人兼董事长郑继平遭到证监会立案。
美尔雅表示，公司将积极配合证监会立案调查工作，持续关注上述事宜相关进度，并按照有关法律法规等的规定和要求，及时做好信息披露工作。
