人民财讯4月17日电，大业股份(603278)4月17日晚间公告，公司全资子公司山东大业新能源有限公司拟与上海睿景能源科技有限公司（简称“上海睿景”）签署诸城大业200MW风电项目EPC总承包合同，经双方协商一致，公司委托上海睿景承担诸城大业200MW风电项目的总承包及相关服务工作。
