人民财讯4月14日电，泉为科技(300716)4月14日晚间公告，安徽泉为绿能新能源科技有限公司（简称“安徽泉为”）为公司持股51%的控股子公司。公司及其他股东拟向上海赢古资产管理有限公司（简称“赢古资产”）出售合计持有的安徽泉为100%股权，股权转让价款暂定为2.7亿元。交易估值及定价尚未确定，预计可能构成重大资产重组。
