日前，佛山住建局发布了《2025年3月份佛山市房地产交易情况》。
根据佛山住建局最新数据显示，佛山3月共成交一手房3302套，网签面积超40.2万㎡，环涨78.59%。
但纵观历史数据，该数据仍然不容乐观，不仅呈现二连跌态势，更是15年以来最差。
相对来说二手房方面更有突出表现。
数据显示，佛山3月总计网签二手房5381套，网签面积64.12万㎡，环涨73.4%，同比来说也一片涨势，为近15年第四高。
