4月11日，通达动力（002576）发布公告，决定以自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购，价格不超过15元/股，资金总额在3000万元至5000万元之间，预计回购股份数量为200万股至333万股，占总股本的1.211%至2.017%。
2024年前三季度，通达动力实现收入12.60亿元，归母净利润4419万元。
