4月10日6时，中央气象台发布大风黄色预警和沙尘暴蓝色预警，预计4月11日至13日，受较强冷空气影响，北京、天津等华北多地将出现历史同期罕见持续性大风，瞬时阵风可达13级。
此外内蒙古、东北、西北等地还将出现暴雪、风雹、沙尘暴天气，中国气象局已启动重大气象灾害三级应急响应。
