4月11日下午至13日，北京市将出现一次极端大风、强降温天气过程。预计北京12日白天为风力最强时段，其中山区局地阵风13级以上。
风力达到或超过13级，意味着什么？国家标准将风力等级依次划分为18个等级，11、12级风陆上很少见。一般当风力超过12级时，就意味着对陆地地面物象“摧毁极大”。
