4月3日，浙江省宁波市自然资源和规划局发布《宁波市区2025年度国有建设用地供应计划》。2025年度市区计划供应国有建设用地2214.39公顷。其中，住宅用地211.2公顷，同比减少35.55%。此前，宁波市2024年国有建设用地供应计划总量为2199.99公顷，其中住宅用地327.69公顷。
