4月3日，上交所发布《上海证券交易所程序化交易管理实施细则》，其中提到，程序化交易导致证券交易出现重大异常波动的，本所可以按照业务规则采取限制交易、强制停牌等处置措施，并向中国证监会报告；严重影响证券市场稳定的，本所可以按照业务规则采取临时停市等处置措施并公告。
