4月3日，湘电股份（600416）发布公告，控股股东湘电集团将其持有的3500万股股份继续质押，占其所持股份的19.34%及公司总股本的2.64%；截至公告披露日，湘电集团累计质押股份为1.77亿股，占其持有股份的97.8%及公司总股本的13.35%。
2024年前三季度，湘电股份实现收入35.18亿元，归母净利润1.68亿元。
