齐鲁网·闪电新闻4月2日讯一位日照网友在《问政山东》网络问政平台留言说：1月23日，他的一个快递由韵达快递公司派送，一直没有收到，打快递客服电话也没有任何结果，请求政府部门给处理解决。
收到留言后，山东省邮政管理局进行了办理，目前问题已经解决。
