（一）周度成交情况
2025年第13周（03.24-03.30），北京商品房成交上升，商品房销售面积为44.9万㎡，环比上升；46.29%成交套数为5056套，环比上升80.44%。
其中，商品住宅成交面积18.21万㎡，环比上升5.14%；成交套数为1452套，环比上升3.71%。
