3月31日，阿斯顿·马丁·拉贡达国际控股在官网宣布，紫杉树财团（Yew Tree Consortium）拟通过以每股70便士（较2025年3月28日收盘价溢价约7%）认购7500万股新股，将其在阿斯顿·马丁的长期持股比例提升至约33%，此举将为公司募集约5250万英镑总收益。此外，阿斯顿·马丁拟出售其在阿斯顿·马丁沙特阿美F1车队的少数股权，预计可实现较当前约7400万英镑账面价值的溢价，且不会影响长期赞助协议。上述拟议交易预计将为集团整体资金流动性增加逾1.25亿英镑。
