北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）3月31日，东方生物（688298）低开8.06%，开盘后股价继续下探，截至北京商报记者发稿，东方生物报26.48元/股，跌幅为9.16%。
消息面上，东方生物公告称，"FS Medical Supplies, LLC"认为公司违反合同约定的"禁止规避"条款，向美国德克萨斯州南区联邦地区法院提起诉讼，目前尚未开庭审理。
