3月27日晚间，中国国航发布2024年年度报告：营业收入1666.99亿元，同比增长18.14%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为亏损2.37亿元，上年同期亏损10.46亿元；公司2024年度不进行利润分配或公积金转增股本。
据中国国航披露，2024年集团共引进飞机36架，包括4架A320系列飞机、19架B737系列飞机、3架C919飞机、9架C909飞机和1架公务机，共退出飞机11架，包括3架A330系列飞机、6架A320系列飞机、1架B737系列飞机和1架公务机。截至2024年末，本集团机队共有飞机930架，平均机龄9.90年。
