3月26日，中信金属（601061）发布公告，公司拟定2024年度利润分配预案。根据公告内容，公司计划每10股派发现金红利1.68元（含税），总计拟派发现金红利8.23亿元（含税）。截至2024年12月31日，公司总股本为49亿股，归母净利润为22.38亿元，现金分红比例为36.78%。
2024年前三季度，中信金属实现收入950.57亿元，归母净利润17.17亿元。
