3月25日，申华控股（600653）发布公告，公司将持有的位于上海市黄浦区宁波路1号申华金融大厦部分场地出租给上海曜影医院有限公司，租赁期限自2025年4月1日至2040年12月31日。根据公告，租赁房屋的建筑面积为9825.14平方米以及地下室建筑面积455.76平方米。
2024年前三季度，申华控股实现收入31.07亿元，归母净利润-5624万元。
