人民财讯3月25日电，南山铝业(600219)3月25日晚间公告，经香港联交所批准，控股子公司南山铝业国际本次发行的8823.53万股股票（行使超额配售权之前）于2025年3月25日在香港联交所主板挂牌并上市交易。南山铝业国际本次发行上市后，公司仍将维持对南山铝业国际的控制权。
