据深圳市房地产中介协会统计，2025年第12周（3月17日-3月23日），深圳全市二手房（含自助）录得1780套，环比下降1.5%。近期市场需求有小幅回落，二手房录得量呈现高位小幅波动运行态势。
根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，截至2025年3月24日，深圳全市共有69820套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加1290套。
