人民财讯3月23日电，美湖股份(603319)3月23日晚间公告，公司拟与重庆市沙坪坝区招商投资促进中心签订《项目合作协议书》，投资建设美湖智造西部生产及研发基地项目，主要开展可变排量泵、电子泵、谐波减速器、关节模组四大类产品的研发及生产。项目计划总投资约7亿元，一期投资2亿元。
