法国竞争管理局3月21日宣布，批准法国量贩店集团公司欧尚（Auchan）收购法国大型零售企业卡西诺集团（Casino）旗下98家食品零售店。欧尚承诺将欧巴涅（Aubagne）的一家门店出售给竞争对手，并将马赛La Valentine购物中心欧尚大卖场的部分零售空间转让给两家竞争对手。
