据哈尔滨文旅消息，3月21日，在第二十六届“世界诗歌日”到来之际，“中国诗歌之城”授牌仪式将在哈尔滨拉开帷幕。届时，将正式授予哈尔滨“中国诗歌之城”称号。同时，哈尔滨也成为了副省级城市中的首个“中国诗歌之城”。
