人民财讯3月19日电，博时基金公告称，已于3月18日对旗下科创板人工智能ETF进行基金份额拆分，拆分比例为1:2，即每1份基金份额拆为2份。基金拆分后，基金份额总额为40.12亿份，拆分后的基金份额净值为0.6505元。
