北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）3月18日晚间，佛慈制药（002644）发布公告称，公司于3月18日收到董事、副总经理王迎春的书面辞职报告，王迎春因个人原因申请辞去公司第八届董事会董事、副总经理以及董事会战略委员会委员职务。辞职后，王迎春将不再担任公司任何职务。
截至公告披露日，王迎春未持有公司股份。
